Shipping Information:

• We dispatch all orders on the next business day (Monday–Friday). Please allow extra processing time during major sales or holiday seasons. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be handled the following working day.
• All items are shipped from our studio in Denmark (EU). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
• Taxes & Duties: Please be aware that prices do not include local customs fees. These charges are set by your local government and are the customer's responsibility. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
• Refund Policy: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we have made an error with your delivery.
• Refused Deliveries: If a package is abandoned or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery, we cannot issue a refund. In the event a refused package is returned to us, any associated return fees or duties will be deducted from your final refund.

Return fees are €30 for any refused order or orders returned to us, due to not picking them up from delivery points.
