Europe Return Policy
We offer a 14 day returns right from the day you receive your items. To start a return, please contact us via email: hello@egdamgaard.dk
We do not accept returns that have not prior been notified via email.
For hygienic and sanitary reasons, swimwear should be tried on over underwear.
- Customers are liable for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Pre-Order items can be returned and exchanged.
- Archive Sale items are eligible for a store credit or exchange only.
International Return Policy
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on orders placed outside the European Union.
Returns Process
All items must be in original condition with hang tags and hygiene stickers intact. Any dirt or other things that have compromised the condition of the item, will not be eligible for a refund.
For hygienic and sanitary reasons, swimwear should be tried on over underwear.
We do a thorough inspection on items returned to us.

Refused orders:
If a package is abandoned or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery, we cannot issue a refund. In the event a refused package is returned to us, any associated return fees or duties will be deducted from your final refund.
Return fees are €30 for any refused order or orders returned to us, due to not picking them up from delivery points.

Denmark: 1-2 working days
Europe: 2-5 working days
International: 3-6 working days
International Customs & Import Fees
Customs and import fees might be applied on your order, depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Denmark and european orders are not subjected to import or customs fees. Please check your own local laws and customs regulations.
We currently do not ship to the USA.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products have been locally made in Portugal from a "people first" manufacturer. It is important for us to work with suppliers that treat their employees and community well.
